For timelapse projects, this helps reduce the risk of lost images, corrupted uploads, hardware failure, or accidental deletion. By keeping multiple independent copies, footage can be recovered quickly and the production process can continue without relying on a single point of failure.
This approach helps assure a quality final result because the source images remain protected throughout the project. If one copy is damaged or unavailable, another verified copy can be used, helping ensure the completed timelapse is delivered reliably, completely, and to the expected standard.
